Still getting the proxy error? Try this.

If Netflix detects that you are using a VPN, it will usually just show you content that’s available everywhere in the world. Alternatively, it could prevent access to the video and return the following error message:

“Whoops, something went wrong. Streaming error. You seem to be using an unblocker or proxy. Please turn off any of these services and try again.”

Here’s how to bypass the Netflix proxy error:

1. Ask your VPN provider which servers work with Netflix USA.
