Looking to watch 90 Day Fiancé live online? Today, we’ll explain how to stream 90 Day Fiancé season six for free. What’s more, we’ll let you know how to watch 90 Day Fiancé from abroad with a Virtual Private Network (VPN), and which VPNs are the best for streaming.
Season six of 90 Day Fiancé is set to premiere October 21 at 1AM BST (5PM PST / 8PM EST). New episodes will be released every Sunday. While it’s still unclear how many episodes there will be, in recent years, each season has ranged from 12-14 episodes and there’s no reason to suspect season six will be any different. Below, we’ll explain how you can watch 90 Day Fiancé live and on-demand online.
It’s important to note that we’ll only be recommending official sources. These days, most popular TV shows have unauthorized live streams. However, these are notoriously unreliable, usually only available at low resolutions, and have the potential to be taken offline at a moment’s notice. Since you can watch 90 Day Fiancé for free, there’s nothing to be gained by using unlicensed streams.
VPNs are among the easiest ways to protect yourself online. They encrypt your network traffic, preventing any outside observers like your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or network administrators from seeing what you’re up to. Also, VPNs enable you to spoof your location and access geo-blocked platforms while abroad. We recommend ExpressVPN: it’s a high-speed service with more than 2,000 servers to choose from. Further, ExpressVPN can unblock even the most stubborn streaming platforms like Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Hulu.
It only takes a minute to get started: just select your preferred subscription length (one month, six months, or a year) and make a payment. From this point, you’ll have 30 days to test ExpressVPN out. If you decide not to keep it, just cancel during this period and you’ll receive a full refund. You can even use the trial to get free, short-term VPN coverage, which is particularly useful if you’re going abroad on vacation.
SAVE 49%: Choose ExpressVPN’s annual plan to cut the cost by 49% (that’s just $6.67 per month) and get an additional three months coverage absolutely free.

How to access 90 Day Fiancé from abroad with a VPN
Don’t worry, bypassing regional restrictions is easy with a VPN. Just follow the steps below to unblock and stream 90 Day Fiancé abroad:
- First, register with a suitable VPN service. We’ve already mentioned ExpressVPN but NordVPN and CyberGhost are strong, low-cost alternatives.
- Download and install the VPN app. There will be several different versions, so make sure you get the right one for your operating system.
- Decide which of the sources below you’d like to use.
- Connect to one of your VPN’s servers in the appropriate location. For instance, you’d need a US server to unblock TLC or a UK server to watch on TVPlayer.
- Try streaming video from your chosen site. It should load almost immediately, although you may have to refresh the page or restart your browser first.
To make sure you don’t miss anything, we recommend performing the steps above before 90 Day Fiancé actually airs. By checking ahead of time, you leave plenty of time to get help from your VPN’s customer support team should anything not work as expected.
Where to watch 90 Day Fiancé online
As you might expect, 90 Day Fiancé has a strong international audience. Despite this, it only airs in a couple of countries other than the US. Below, we’ll explain how you can watch 90 Day Fiancé season six from anywhere in the world.
90 Day Fiancé airs every Sunday on TLC. If TLC is included in your cable TV package, you can sign in and watch the latest episodes live or on-demand for free. However, despite allowing users to sign in with numerous different cable providers, there’s only support for one over-the-top service: PlayStation Vue. This starts at $44.99 per month, and comes with a five-day trial.
There are a couple of other ways to watch, however. DirecTV Now offers a TLC live stream in its $40 a month package, and includes seasons 1–5 of 90 Day Fiancé in its on-demand library. If you find DirecTV Now a little too expensive, Hulu allows you to stream previous seasons on-demand for $7.99 per month, although you won’t be able to watch new episodes.
You should note that TLC UK is currently airing the second season of a spin-off named 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days, not season six of the main show. New episodes air at 7PM (repeating at 11PM) every Wednesday and Sunday.
If you have a cable TV subscription, watching 90 Day Fiancé is easy. Sky customers simply have to log in to the Sky Go app to stream TLC (Channel 140) online. Virgin and BT customers can do the same, using the Virgin TV Go and BT TV apps, respectively.
Don’t worry: if you don’t have cable, or are with a provider that doesn’t offer TLC, you can watch on TVPlayer. That said, TLC isn’t one of the free channels, so you’ll have to purchase a PLUS Lite membership. This is free for the first month, then £5.99 every month thereafter. You should note that TVPlayer is region-blocked, though, so you’ll have to be within the UK or using a British VPN server in order to watch.
In Australia, there’s no official season six broadcaster. TLC is set to begin showing season three of the series, and if you’re a Foxtel subscriber, you can stream it live using the Foxtel Go app. Not a Foxtel customer? In that case, you can gain access by signing up to Foxtel Now for $25 AUD per month.
If you’re just looking to catch up, you can watch the majority of older episodes without paying. 9Now has seasons 1–4 available on-demand for free, although you’ll have to create an account before you can watch. Also, 9Now has particularly strict geo-restriction measures, meaning your VPN may be blocked. If this is the case, we recommend contacting customer support to see if there’s a server that still works.
If you live somewhere without an official 90 Day Fiancé broadcaster, you may have to purchase prior seasons individually. The good news is that this show is easy to find on international platforms like Amazon and iTunes.
Remember: if you’re currently abroad on vacation, you can still access streams from your home country by connecting to a VPN.
Can I stream 90 Day Fiancé with a free VPN?
Although you might be tempted to try streaming 90 Day Fiancé with a free VPN, we strongly advise against it. Firstly, these services are constantly inundated with users and their networks usually aren’t large enough to spread the load. This means you’ll experience long loading times, frequent pauses for buffering, and possibly even random disconnection from the VPN. Plus, most free VPNs are blocked by popular streaming platforms, so you may not be able to watch anything anyway.
Free VPNs don’t cost money, but they’re not entirely free, either: you just pay with your personal information instead of cash. Whether they’re monitoring your interests by inserting ads or using tracking cookies to track you from one site to another, free VPNs can gather a huge amount of information about the way you use the internet. This can then be used to build a detailed consumer profile and sold to third parties later, without your knowledge.
Finally, it’s hard to tell the legitimate free VPNs from those just trying to infect your system with malware. A 2015 paper revealed that of 283 free VPN apps surveyed, almost 40% included malware, 18% used no encryption at all, and over 80% were vulnerable to IPv6 leaks. The risks don’t disappear with larger, better-known companies, either; we’ve seen a major player in this industry sell its users’ idle bandwidth to help run a botnet.
90 Day Fiancé season six: premise and cast
90 Day Fiancé follows six engaged couples as they prepare to marry. The twist? One partner is from outside of the US, and their visa only allows them to stay for 90 days. If they don’t marry during this period, they have to leave the country.
As ever, season six will see an entirely new cast:
- Kalani (29, California) and Asuelo (23, Samoa)
- Ashley (31, Pennsylvania) and Jay (20, Jamaica)
- Jonathan (32, North Carolina) and Fernanda (19, Mexico)
- Eric (40, Wisconsin) and Leida (29, Indonesia)
- Colt (33, Nevada) and Larissa (31, Brazil)
- Steven (20, Maryland) and Olga (20, Russia)
With the trailer for season six showing jealousy, cultural differences, and of course, the language barrier all taking their toll on the couples, the latest season of 90 Day Fiancé looks to be as action-packed as ever.
