Through his comprehensive guides and reviews, he underscores the many benefits of VPNs, from safeguarding privacy to unblocking and streaming TV shows and sporting events.

A graduate of the University of Lincoln, Mark earned a BA (Hons) degree in English and Journalism before relocating to sunny Spain, where he spent several years teaching English as a foreign language. His passion for online security led him to earn the Google Cybersecurity Professional Certificate, further solidifying his expertise in the field.

When not testing VPNs and antivirus software for Comparitech, Mark enjoys playing retro video games, cheering on the Detroit Lions, and writing dark comedy screenplays. LinkedIn aside, you won’t find Mark on social media because he already wastes too much time managing his fantasy football teams with the hope of this year being “the year”.
