Proxy server

Proxy services such as Floxy, SOAX, ResiProx all have Dutch IP addresses available. What they don’t have is encryption, which means your ISP could potentially see which websites you visit while connected.

Smart DNS

If you want a Dutch IP address for streaming purposes, then a Smart DNS service may be able to help. This redirects DNS requests so that they’re resolved in the Netherlands. This can be enough to trick streaming platforms into thinking that this is your actual location.
